The Manager - Corporate Performance Management is responsible for overseeing and leading the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultation. The role involves ensuring the successful implementation of Enterprise Performance Planning (EPP) and Enterprise Performance Reporting (EPR) activities, managing the project team, and serving as the primary point of contact with key stakeholders.

The Manager will play a crucial role in driving corporate performance initiatives, developing scorecards, ensuring KPI alignment, and optimizing performance reporting processes.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) strategies.
  • Guide the development and implementation of corporate and board Balanced Scorecards (BSCs).
  • Oversee the development of L2 Balanced Scorecards and L3 Design Tools.
  • Ensure effective KPI linkage and objective cascading across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop KPI analysis and risk reports to provide insights into corporate performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Refine and update EPP and EPR processes to enhance performance management capabilities.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement and quality enhancement of departmental activities.
  • Manage relationships and act as the primary point of contact with stakeholders.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to the team, enabling them to sustain best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align performance management initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor the EPM project team to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Set up a comprehensive training program for EPM employees and facilitate relevant training sessions.
  • Drive continuous learning and development within the team to maintain high competency levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency within EPM activities.
  • Develop risk management strategies and reports to mitigate potential performance challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with corporate governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Enterprise Performance Planning (EPP), or Enterprise Performance Reporting (EPR).
  • Strong expertise in Balanced Scorecards (BSC), KPI development, and performance monitoring.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-wide performance initiatives and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in performance management software and reporting.
