About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team and lead the creation of innovative playable ads for our mobile games. As a vital member of the creative team, you will drive the design and execution of interactive playable ads for our mobile games, that will include engaging game mechanics, animations, and effects.

You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to craft compelling ad concepts, optimize them for performance, and implement analytics to measure their effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong experience in playable ad development, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Unity/Cocos, and a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.

You'll also help us produce customized gameplay of existing titles for advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing our UA campaigns with engaging creatives.

What you will do:

  • Develop high-quality, interactive playable ads for our mobile games.

  • Development of game mechanics and logic, animations and effects

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to design engaging ad concepts.

  • Optimize playable ads for performance and user experience.

  • Implement tracking and analytics within playable ads to measure engagement and effectiveness.

  • Using the Unity project for the games, modify and iterate on the gameplay creatively to provide raw recordings for the advertising campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in playable ad development.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth ad performance across different devices and platforms.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in developing playable ads or interactive content for mobile platforms.

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience with Unity, Cocos Creator or similar game engines.

  • High level of proficiency in version control systems (git/svn), experience using popular services like GitLab/GitHub;

  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging interactive content.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in playable ad development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and their requirements (e.g.Applovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral).

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and tools related to game development.

  • Experience with animation and graphic design.
