Job Description

Join Our Team as a Sales Coordinator/Office Manager in Riyadh

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales and operations? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless operation of our office in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to achieve targets.
  2. Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  3. Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Prepare and manage sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
  5. Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  7. Liaise with sales, project management, and marketing to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  8. Prepare price quotations and assist with internal demands, including PQA.
  9. Handle documentation required by banks, including Letters of Credit and guarantees.
  10. Prepare tender submissions and organize factory visits during project acquisition.
  11. Save and manage correspondence and documentation in internal systems.
  12. Prepare and archive minutes of meetings.
  13. Create PowerPoint presentations and assist with design selection for projects.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  2. Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to conduct business in both languages.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
