LVMH Beauty Middle East manages 11 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Fenty, Fresh & MFK. LVMH Beauty Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents' structures.
Job Scope:
As we grow and expand as LVMH Beauty in KSA, we need to strategically grow & develop our people We believe that People Make the Difference, the HRBP is a core enabler for that to happen. As HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in landing our People Strategy for the Maisons / Brand you partner as well as wider LVMH by effectively providing thought partnership, strategic interventions, and hands-on involvement in Talent, Culture, Learning, and Organization Development.
You will bring the voice of our front-line people in everything we do. The HRBP will both serve and challenge leaders to ensure we have in place the team & environment we need to deliver our business strategy, and that we continue to be a place where talented people can grow & thrive in delivering excellence. You help business leaders "look around corners" & gain insight with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, culture, and the overall employee experience.
Our HRBPs understand business priorities and translate them into high impact work. This requires a flexible skillset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, listen closely to our people, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and cultures. Whatever you will focus on, it will all be aimed at delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers alike.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coaching, Partnering, and Leadership Development
- Create long-term impact by actively developing your partner's skills, knowledge, and abilities in areas of influencing, development, engagement, performance management, and overall leadership skills.
- Act as a strategic thought partner & "soundboard" for Maison leadership & management teams to help identify areas of opportunity (or risks) and co-create interventions accordingly.
- Work closely with our Retail & Commercial teams to ensure we create a worldclass environment for our front-line teams, so they are engaged, feel heard, and have opportunities to grow.
- Model the company's development culture by holding intentional and consistent career conversations, succession planning, mobility, and creating opportunities for people's growth and innovation.
- Identify development needs across the Maison to support management in growing our talent base, leveraging the skill set of high potential employees to support and meet the needs of the business.
- Coach leadership and employees on policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and compliance matters to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
Advocating our Culture & Values
- Be a role model & advocate for LVMH & Maison values.
- Stay close to our Retail teams by ensuring we have venues for our front-line teams to be heard.
- Drive Wellbeing campaigns & share appropriate support to those in need.
- Support developing and delivering culture change plans and interventions.
- Proactively identify opportunities and propose actions to further improve employee engagement and drive Maison culture.
- Ensure that "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion" principles are adhered to and are at the forefront in our practices.
Data Driven HR Strategy & Planning
- Have a robust understanding of business performance metrics to effectively partner with business leaders to drive organization performance.
- Lead annual OMR (Organization & Management Review) process for the Maison in the market, collaborating with business leaders and Maison teams to own the HR lifecycle from manpower planning to Mobility & succession planning.
- Supporting the annual budget and forecasting process. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration teams.
- Gather accurate data as needed to analyze trends, and provide data driven insights & decision making.
- Capturing & maintaining relevant data points throughout the employee lifecycle (quantitively & qualitatively) to analyze and share learnings with key stakeholders.
- Generate relevant HR reports and insights to translate them into HR activities, trends, and progress updates to management.
Leading Projects & Collaboration with CoEs
- Deploy appropriate tools & programs as required. Capitalize on offerings from Maison's, LVMH Houses, Regional Talent & Development, or other "Centers of Excellence".
- Stay up to date with relevant Legal & Regulatory requirements to ensure our compliance with the market & overall LVMH.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure competitive & consistent Rewards offerings. Educate teams on compensation practices and ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies; handle annual ICR process (Individual Compensation Review); identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions.
- Maintain a network across Maison's & LVMH business groups to facilitate Mobility of our people.
- Collaborate with various HR teams to support country engagement initiatives and optimizing local practices for a positive Employee Experience.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure we recruit external talent that reflect the Maison DNA, effectively communicate LVMH & Maison EVP, and represent the Maison in Employer Branding initiatives.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Saudi national, with great interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Arabic (French is a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in Business Partnering.
- Experience in consumer products or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury, or FMCG). Hands on experience partnering in a retail (front-line) environment is a plus.
- Experience operating in a matrix organization environment requiring a highly collaborative style & demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally & regionally.
- Experience working independently and take ownership of projects, setting clear goals and deliver on key objectives.
- Analytical skills and experience using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Customer Obsessed: Provide value beyond customers' expectations, seek and use customer feedback to improve their experience. Measuring your own success by the impact on customers & the success of others.
