The Job Description

  1. Drive partner recruitment initiatives to expand our ecosystem.
  2. Develop and execute partner enablement programs and training.
  3. Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring their success and growth fostering strong relationships between them and our organization.
  4. Provide ongoing support to the sales team to address challenges and assist in deal closing.
  5. Contribute to achieving solution area targets covering revenue and end customer count.
  6. Act as a primary point of contact for partners and vendors, providing expert advice and knowledge in assigned solution areas.
  7. Familiarize yourself with the company's products, services and vendor offerings.
  8. Understand the value proposition and competitive advantages of the offerings and that of the company.
  9. Create and enhance product bundles for upselling and cross-selling.
  10. Develop technical playbooks and program offerings through BPS Solution Catalogue.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new partners.
  12. Proactively identify and recruit new partners to expand our ecosystem.
  13. Follow up with needed parties to get the partner to complete his sign up.
  14. Tailor the enablement program to individual partner requirements, ensuring a personalized approach that resonates with diverse business needs.
  15. Empower partners with the essential tools and information required for them to effectively promote and sell products and services.
  16. Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate partners on our products, services, and solutions.
  17. Commit to providing continuous education, keeping our partners at the forefront of industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  18. Follow up on the enablement program complete execution.
  19. Craft meticulously designed training materials, resources, and documentation to fortify our partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
  20. Serve as a direct contact for resellers, providing expert presales and technical sales support for assigned solution areas.
  21. Review reseller performance, pipeline, and sales numbers in collaboration with the Sales Team and direct manager.
  22. Collaborate with Sales to recommend partners for specific programs.
  23. Assist in crafting tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  24. Actively participate in client meetings and discussions.
  25. Provide support and guidance to partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  26. Assist resellers in scope of work detailing solution offering and BOQ requests on Marketplace and CRM, and provide support in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  27. Contribute to achieving revenue targets through effective presales activities and collaboration with the sales team.
  28. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with resellers.
  29. Work with partners to identify and pursue opportunities to expand the end customer base.
  30. Collaborate with partners in presenting solutions and conducting workshops to their end customers.
  31. Collaborate with vendors on reseller programs and execute growth strategies.
  32. Foster strong vendor relationships.
  33. Understand vendor licensing programs and stay up-to-date on license changes.
  34. Address licensing and product inquiries from the team, partners, resellers, and end customers.
  35. Be up to date in product promotions and pricing changes and cascade back to other stakeholders.
  36. Understand solution features and collaborate with manager on solution offerings for resellers.
  37. Stay updated on new features and releases of solutions while understanding the value proposition and competitive advantages of the offerings and that of the company.
  38. Share with the sales team through emails, meetings or training sessions product information, promos, and program updates including but not limited to licensing and announcements.
  39. Collaborate on reseller pipeline and territory assigned targets.
  40. Collaborate with Sales to close deals and provide added value.
  41. Monitor and evaluate partner performance and participation in enablement programs.
  42. Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to partner enablement initiatives.
  43. Keep track and Submit POEs on time.
  44. Help create and maintain documentation for presales activities.
  45. Maintain records and documentation related to partner enablement activities.
  46. Maintain records and documentation related to your tasks.
  47. Track performance of initiatives and motions and report back internally.

Requirements:
