Key Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. This role involves sales-driven account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying and seizing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance, sales activities, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, designers, operations) to meet customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and key account management (Agency experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
