We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. This role involves sales-driven account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying and seizing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management & Relationship Building:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Market Research & Business Development:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Reporting & Coordination:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance, sales activities, and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, designers, operations) to meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management (Agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
