We are seeking a skilled Key Account Specialist for a one-year assignment to join our team in Jeddah.

The impact you'll make:
- Develops and manages relationships with respective distributors, retailers and other channel partners.
- Implements strategies to optimize distribution and maximize sales opportunities.
- Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP) by negotiating a win/win contract in compliance with Commercial Policy.
- Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth.
- Monitors channel performance and takes corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability.
- Identifies new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Turns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions.
- Delivers on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store shares.
- Collaborates with Marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Prepares regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities.
- Assists internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
The skills and knowledge you'll bring:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in relevant fields.
- +5 years of experience in Sales/ Key Account Management.
- Knowledge in sales strategy, sales execution, promotion effectiveness, sell-in & sell-out strategy and portfolio segmentation.
- Prior and/or current key account experience both in offline (retail, technical super stores, hypermarkets) and/or online (e-commerce, marketplaces) channels will be highly welcomed.
- Experience specifically at small/large domestic appliances, consumer electronics in general and/or FMCG/consumer goods industry is a big plus.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and objectives.
