Senior Sales Manager

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for air and sea freight forwarding services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and competitive.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales within the air and sea freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of air and sea freight forwarding operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
