We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and visitor logs.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Handle basic billing, payments, and record-keeping if required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
