My client is a leading SaaS provider offering cutting-edge solutions that help businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive profitability. The solutions are designed to revolutionize how businesses manage their day-to-day operations, from inventory and supply chain management to customer engagement and analytics.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors. You will drive new business opportunities, foster strong relationships, and demonstrate the power of our SaaS solutions to solve industry-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to engage with decision-makers in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors.
  2. Lead Generation & Networking: Identify potential leads, build a strong pipeline, and leverage industry events and networks to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' pain points and business challenges and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can optimize their operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively position our solutions and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  6. Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS solutions or technology for manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
  2. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the challenges and needs faced by manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, along with the ability to speak their language.
  3. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Goal-Oriented: A proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
