B2B Sales Manager

Activities
The scope of activity of the B2B Sales Manager consists of deploying the company sales strategies and objectives, mainly regarding:
- Responsible for entire sales objectives at the regional level.
- Works along with the sales team and supports them in acquiring new business within Direct B2B customers across all regions.
- Managing the existing portfolio of customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.
- Develops brand awareness/presence, product mix, and improves market share.
- Ensures proper control of sales receivables and timely collection.
- Meets volume, sales, and gross margin targets at a lower operational cost.
- Carries out periodic market analysis about growth, new opportunities, competitor activities, and threats to the business, reporting these back to the line manager.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Business.
- Experience: 6-8 years' experience in the Lubricants industry/Sales field.
- Skills/Attributes:
Leadership, motivation, and coaching skills are a must, along with being highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
- High level of selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to communicate and present well with all levels in an organization.
