Position: Medical Sales Representative (English speaker, full-time office-based)

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads to present our offers and convince them
  • Contact leads to generate interest and sales opportunities
  • Overcome patients' concerns by listening, empathizing, and providing relevant information
  • Negotiate and secure commitments from patients to make purchases
  • Keep detailed records of interactions to track performance and follow up with leads
  • Strive to achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive efforts
  • Ensure patient satisfaction, address issues, and explore additional sales opportunities post-purchase

Qualifications:

  • Preferable experience as a Medical Consultant, Telesales representative, Translator, or Call Center agent
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Basic sales and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
  • Language proficiency in English
