As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible to lead and drive a Telesales team efforts through inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will primarily focus on ensuring the team exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for overseeing cross-selling or up-selling efforts, managing incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and meticulously documenting interactions. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring the swift resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining a seamless, customer-centric sales process. Your leadership style is integral in fostering a high-performing team, motivating them to achieve and surpass their sales goals.

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets.
  2. Instil a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.
  3. Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel.
  5. Establish a robust system for tracking and analysing essential KPIs.
  6. Regularly dissect KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies.
  7. Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments.
  8. Ensure the sales pitches effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
  9. Customise sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments.
  10. Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  11. Provide personalised coaching and training to inside-sales representatives based on KPI data and performance metrics.
  12. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to address skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale.
  14. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey.
  15. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of understanding customer needs to tailor sales solutions.
  16. Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance.
  17. Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team and achieving outstanding results.
  • Proven experience in telesales or sales management role.

Knowledge:

  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in call management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of property & automotive markets.
  • Expert in working experience of call centre systems & solutions.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in a telesales environment.
  • Awareness of Saudi market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
