Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at EMS20. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our unique fitness solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fitness and eager to make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct calls with prospects to understand their fitness needs and recommend suitable EMS20 services and convince them to doing membership with EMS20.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns indoor and outdoor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and keep abreast of competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Follow up with customers and motivate them to renew their subscription with EMS20

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales not less than a year, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
  • Passion for fitness and a fundamental understanding of EMS technology is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
