Aquaforce Group is a UK based leading manufacturer of high-quality bathroom products and sanitary ware. With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and sustainability, we cater to a diverse clientele across Saudi Arabia including some of the largest Distributors and Importers.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the bathroom products and sanitary ware industry.
Tasks- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and production, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance business opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the bathroom products, sanitary ware, or building materials industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
