We are looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our Gulf team in our Riyadh office. As part of our diverse and dynamic international HR team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives. Your Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for the Gulf region, focusing on employee relations, people engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Drive and execute core HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate across a matrix HR structure to implement end-to-end HR solutions and services.
  • Provide both operational and strategic HR support to business units.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA and UAE labor laws, proactively mitigating legal risks.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data, generating reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance workplace relationships, morale, and engagement.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven HR experience at the business partner level within a fast-paced, high-volume environment in the Gulf region.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA and UAE labor laws and the local talent market.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive HR processes with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using HR information systems and MS Excel.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
