Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Executive to lead and expand our operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in establishing Invoka's presence in the Middle East, building strong client relationships, and driving regional business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Middle Eastern markets, a strong background in SaaS sales and business development, and previous management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow Invoka's presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Educate clients on Invoka Consulting's services and the technology platforms, demonstrating how our solutions can optimise their business operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the UK leadership team to align on strategy and best practices.
  • Act as a technology subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Represent Invoka at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.
  • Help shape the culture and direction of a fast-growing technology business.

Requirements

  • Ability to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, particularly Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
  • Previous management experience with a track record of leading teams or initiatives.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop client relationships.
  • Ability to articulate software products to customers and align solutions to their needs.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CWM and CRM tools.
  • Experience working with global teams or in a high-growth consultancy environment.
