About Shahen:
We provide high-tech booking trucks as a service (SaaS) #Shahen_App for shipment transportation, allowing users to book truck/s and drivers to transport shipments by other types (Pickups, Diannas, Lorries, Trails, etc.) with multiple models known, through professional drivers regarding individuals' and companies' requirements inside/Outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (anywhere at any time).
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction while aligning with company policies.
- Ensure customer retention through proactive follow-ups and understanding customer requirements.
- Understand the #Shahen_App business model and the nature of the services provided.
- Demonstrate knowledge in pricing and journey costs paid to service providers (freelancing drivers, local and international transporters).
- Address and overcome #Shahen_App challenges by balancing customer and service provider satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage all aspects of the sales funnel process (leads, interested customers, loyal customers).
- Maintain integration between #Shahen_App internal and external stakeholders and their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets (value and units) in alignment with #Shahen_App business strategies and policies.
- Utilize #Shahen_App resources professionally, balancing quotes, costs, and operational needs.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Support the sales department.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Time commitment and management.
- Use organizational reporting software.
- Having a positive personality and adding cooperation to the work environment as a whole.
