IT Support (CRM, SD and Power BI Consultant)

Saudi Carbonate Co. (SCC), established in 1989, is a joint venture between Omya, the leading global producer of Calcium Carbonate, and Saudi/Jordanian partners. SCC is a major producer of Calcium Carbonate products, Dolomite, Talc, and Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC). With the support of Omya's technical expertise, SCC offers advanced technological services to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support consultant specializing in CRM, SD, and Power BI, based in the Riyadh Region. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, handling desktop computers, and offering help desk support. Daily tasks include managing and resolving IT-related problems, assisting users with CRM and SD systems, and developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Min. Experience 3 years
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Proficiency with CRM and SD systems
  • Knowledge of Power BI for creating and maintaining dashboards
  • Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
