Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Business Development Director to lead their efforts in expanding their presence and partnership within the AI industry locally and internationally.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise in artificial intelligence a strong track record in developing and delivering digital transformation solutions and a robust business acumen to drive growth and innovation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application across various industries as well as experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships. Specific knowledge in Energy and Industrial and Logistics sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for AI partnerships and solutions focusing on longterm growth.
  • Identify evaluate and prioritize potential business opportunities and partnerships in the AI space to enhance digital transformation offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in AIrelated companies including decisionmakers and technology leaders.
  • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between business development strategies and product capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close deals that contribute to the companys strategic objectives and revenue targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory environment to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences networking events and other external forums to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure successful partnership integrations and project implementations.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources towards highpotential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related field with at least 5 years focused on AI or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that have resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in various industries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
