Graduate or Postgraduate
Early Childhood Studies (DECE, ECCE, NTT, D.El.Ed., D.Ed.)
Or Diploma or other programs with International curriculum is preferred
Experience -
1 to 4 years of experience in Early Year Teacher group
Proven experience in Differentiated Learning
Responsibilities -
Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students in line with the IB curriculum
Planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that support the philosophy of the Early Childhood and Reggio
Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve
Conduct assessments of student learning styles and use results for instructional activities
Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge
Plan Units of Inquiry and lessons by following IB curriculum framework collaboratively with the Pre-Primary Coordinator, Specialist teachers, and Head of the School
Create inquiry-based classrooms that develop critical thinking skills, knowledge and a range of skills within an environment based on trust and respectPlan more activity based learning which helps the student to learn the topic quickly and effectively
Planning of outdoor activities, games, role play and puppet activities for effective learning
Preference to those who can join at the earliest.
