TEHORA est pr sentement la recherche d un(e) Technicien.ne - M canique du b timent ayant d excellentes aptitudes techniques, d excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre profit ses comp tences au sein d une quipe polyvalente.

Sans tre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.


Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :


  • Interpr ter correctement les plans, les dessins et les devis techniques fournis en r f rence ou ceux pr par s par les autres professionnels pour fins de coordination et/ou d int gration;

  • Conna tre les codes, normes et r f rences applicables au Qu bec;

  • Concevoir et pr parer des plans techniques (en plomberie, r gulation, ventilation, refroidissement et chauffage);

  • Effectuer des relev s des installations m caniques et r aliser la mise en plans de ceux-ci;

  • Effectuer des calculs des diff rents syst mes m caniques selon des m thodes prouv es;

  • Choisir et s lectionner diff rents quipements de m canique;

  • Coordonner les installations de m canique avec les installations des autres disciplines : lectricit , architecture, structure, civil, services alimentaires et autres;

  • Participer la pr paration des estimations de co t des travaux;

  • Effectuer la v rification des dessins d atelier soumis par les entrepreneurs;

  • Sur demande, r aliser des inspections et produire des listes de travaux corriger et/ou compl ter.


Profil
  • D tenir un dipl me coll gial avec sp cialisation en m canique du b timent;

  • 2 5 ann es d exp rience en m canique du b timent;

  • Exp rience pertinente en g nie-conseil (atout);

  • Exp rience pertinente dans les b timents du domaine de la sant (un atout);

  • Excellent fran ais crit;

  • Connaissance des logiciels de calculs de charges (TRACE, HAP, );

  • Connaissance des logiciels suivants : Word, Excel, Autocad et REVIT (un atout).

Le lieu de travail sera d termin selon le mandat, il peut tre en t l travail, en hybride, ou en pr sentiel chez le client.
