Preparing the proposed budgets for university and client and filling out all templates and financial analyses. Supervising activities within the specialization such as (financial analysis and financial modeling, financial planning, etc.) to ensure effective implementation and achievement of financial goals. Leading and ensuring the preparation of budgets and project cost estimates in line with leadership directives and within timeframes. Conducting financial planning revisions, and developing a quarterly revision plan. Managing all activities related to budget controls and financial transactions regarding the transition of university and client. Working and coordination with the departments concerned with financial affairs within the client’s organisation
Ensuring the adequacy of financial controls to underpin the achievement of the Contract strategy, margin and Project objectives.
Setting an example of collaborative leadership and teamwork.
Acting as financial advisor to the Project Team and ensure its compliance with all financial requirements
Providing strong stakeholder interaction and communication skills
Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in the execution of their duties.
Lead the process that monitors, reviews and challenges all financial aspects of commercial negotiations to ensure key financial risks and opportunities have been identified and mitigated, and in particular that there is completeness and robustness of business model
Working knowledge of finance and commercial procedures
Providing accurate and timely finance and commercial information.
Having an awareness of the key financial risks and opportunities facing the the project, and leading the delivery of innovative initiatives, aimed at addressing those risks for the project.
Create and develop close working relationships with e the client’s team and other stakeholders
Assist the consultancy team in order to coordinate closely with client’s Finance teams and stakeholders to select preferred business model option relevant to the stakeholder needs.

Expert knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Knowledge of international best practices and requirements of the International Public Sector Accounting & Financial Standards for implementation.
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Stay abreast of changes in external and internal financial regulations and legislation.
A mature, proactive and detail oriented individual.

**Specific Requirements**:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.
Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and business areas.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Professional experience of not less than) 3) years with knowledge of government financial procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
