**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Sales**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- **Negotiation**: Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT software sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- 3 years in experience in IT software sales is must.
