**Role Summary**:
Provide Material Group and Location against each item on NMO Sheet, on Requirement do the complete NMO Process

**Responsibilities**:

- Location to Location Transfer of item with quantity.
- Convert item from Non-Inventory to Inventory
- Any short coming found during Verification/ Re-Verification informed to concern person/ Section to get it solved.
- During Self Audit, Replacement of plastic Pouches where required.
- During Self Audit, Replacement of Old Tag.
- Machine Tagging on Shelves by using warehouse management skills, through Re-Shuflling or through other ways, create space without further expansion.
- Through Conducting Location wise Self Audit (Verification/ Re-Verification) on system vs physical basis.
- Conversion of Non-Inventory Item into Inventory.
- Zero Value P.O. to inventory conversion
- Bin Wise Segregation of items
- Tagging on Bin.
- If the issued item found mismatch at Machine or issued Extra need to be returned through SAP System &made Goods Returned Note (GRN).
- If provided reservation number is working/ appearing in SAP System then proceed to make goods issuance report (GIR).
- If requester has any problem regarding Non-Availability of Notification/ Order number to make (MIR) reservation number then issuance be done through Temporary issuance form & reservation number must be provided with 48 hours as per SOP.
- Follow up with user who took item during Week end/ after office hours to get Reservation number & make GIR.
- On query, provision of required information to user to enable him to make Reservation (MIR).
- Following all activities are performed for Inventory item & for Consumable items seprately.
- Conduct Physical Verification of received item(s) as per P.O./ Quotation.
- For Inventory item, Physical/ Technical Verification of item is required from Requester/User.
- After Verification proceed to make GRR (Goods Receiving Report)
- If there is any discrepancy or item rejection from Requester, report/ return the item to Engineering Procurement for rectification.
- delivery received against Un-Approved P.O. then contact to Engineering Procurement to get it approved for further necessary process.
- where required item put in pouch & Prepare & Print the Tagh of each item as per quantity & arrange Tagging on item through Helper.
- Arrange to keep the item at allocated location through Helper
- Relavent documents with GRR send to Finance through Helper
- Receiving of verified document(s) and Material(s) from Engineering Procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- 3- 5 years of full-time experience in Engineering Warehouse.
- Previous experience with FMCG or Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Bachelor’s degree (in Physics, Chemistry, Math) from an accredited college or university.
- Warehouse Management Skills
- Computers operational Skills
- Basic information relates to Engineering Spare parts.
- Communication Skills
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages.
