The Sr. HVAC Sales Representative executes sales strategies, builds strong client and distributor relationships, addresses customer inquiries, and conducts market research while preparing proposals and sales forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets and promote business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors and clients.
  • Address client inquiries about credit terms, stock availability, and pricing.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Create and present proposals to clients, drawing on previous success in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlogs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Uphold high standards of business ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, sales forecasts, and reports.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively.
