**Job description**
- نحن نبحث عن مدير حساب رئيسي لإنشاء علاقات ثقة طويلة الأمد مع عملاء KDR.

يتمثل دور مدير الحساب الرئيسي في الإشراف على مجموعة من العملاء المعينين ، وتطوير أعمال جديدة من العملاء الحاليين ، والبحث بنشاط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة.
- بالإضافة إلى هذه الواجبات ، يتعين على مدير الحساب تزويد المدير بأحدث معلومات السوق من أجل الاستفادة من أي فرص بيع.

المسؤوليات:

- إدارة محفظة من الحسابات لتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل.
- بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- التنبؤ ومتابعة مقاييس حساب العملاء.
- بيع المنتجات باستخدام أفضل طريقة بيع للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- حل شكاوى العملاء من خلال التحقيق في المشاكل. تطوير الحلول إعداد التقارير تقديم توصيات للإدارة.
- عرض المنتجات الإلكترونية وملحقاتها في جميع صالات عرض عملاء KDR.
- ضع خطة توصية للتجديد بناءً على مبيعات المتجر وأرسلها إلى الفريق المعني.
- اقتراح تصميم وتطوير جميع شاشات العرض والحفاظ على معايير عرض العلامة التجارية وإرشاداتها.
- إنشاء عرض وتصميم عناصر جديدة.
- المشاركة في التدريب المستمر على المبيعات.
- المرونة في السفر إلى صالات عرض متعددة.
- فحص العناصر التالفة من المعارض ومتابعة إجراءات الشركة مع العناصر التالفة.

- We are looking for a Key Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our KDR customers.

The Key Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing customers, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- In addition to these duties, the Account Manager is required to supply the manager with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Forecast and track customer account metrics.
- Sell products using the best sales way for existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Display electronic products and accessories in all KDR customer showrooms.
- Make a replenishment recommendation plan based on store sales out and send it to the concerned team.
- Suggest design and develop all showroom displays and maintain the brand’s display standards and guidelines.
- Create new display and design elements.
- Participate in on-going sales training.
- Flexibility to travel multiple showrooms.
- Check damaged items from showrooms and follow up on company procedures with damaged items.
