Key Account Manager

Mrsool is a fast-growing technology company operating in the Information Technology and Services industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be an integral part of our organization, responsible for managing our most important clients and ensuring that they receive an exceptional level of service. This individual should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Monitor and analyze client trends and provide insights to improve business performance
- Identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
