**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing overall service (after sales) revenue (contract, non-contract, upgrades & digital solutions) to ensure Service organization meets its financial commitments to the business.
- Define and execute the sales strategy for the related geography
- Manage an experienced Sales team & drive all related commercial activities and customer satisfaction
- Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Service sales & margin targets as well as timely and accurate forecasting and yearly business planning cycles.
- Own and drive business plan and Growth playbook for the commercial arm of services.
- Partner with the Imaging and CCS equipment leads on developing attractive, value-added service offerings at point of sales (POS) along with an upgrade strategy on Installed Base (IB)
- Identify business opportunities to increase capture rate and maximize One GE Healthcare service sales revenues.
- Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Use multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Facilitate effective communication & trustful collaboration within the Zone/Product matrix organization.
- Build long-term relationships with customers; provide leadership/direction in crucial customer interfaces to promote Service offerings.

**Required Qualifications**
- BA/BS Degree. Master’s/MBA degree preferred.
- Strong organizational knowledge / Multinational experience.
- 10+ years of successful sales, commercial or customer facing experience
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare industry in KSA
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and P&L management experience with significant track record.
- Experience engaging with customers, driving growth, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Analytical, Structured, and strategic thinking
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all layers in the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
