We are looking for an Office Manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a productive work environment. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage various office functions effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflows, assisting and managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Supervise and support office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and other support personnel.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and timely reordering.
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
- Organize office events, team-building activities, and company meetings.
- Ensure office compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related needs (e.g., cleaning services, equipment maintenance).
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure the office environment is ready for them.
- Address and resolve any office-related issues or complaints.
