**Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Foster and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are achieved and exceeded.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of account managers, creatives, and strategists to deliver top-notch advertising solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, spearhead pitches, and secure partnerships to expand the client base.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between creative and production teams to deliver projects that are on-brand, within budget, and exceed quality standards.
- Utilize campaign analytics to drive strategic improvements and achieve better outcomes in future initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in the FMCG sector, to inform and enhance advertising strategies and creative directions.
- Over 8 years of experience in the advertising field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with FMCG clients is highly desired.
- Stellar relationship management and client service skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, capable of inspiring and leading teams to achieve their best.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Passionate about creativity and innovation in advertising.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
