**The Job in a Nutshell**

We are seeking a dynamic presale specialist to join our innovative team and be part of our business growth, showcase your technical expertise and be part of a successful story.

You will be in charge of providing technical expertise and supporting the sales team in the pre-sale phase. Being close to our customers to understand their needs & technical requirements, design, customize and present the solutions that meet their needs.

**What Will You Do❓**
- Pre-Sales work, Analysis of Customer needs during the pre-sales process
- Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations addressing the client’s needs.
- Support the remote teams for onboarding of clients
- Acting as the lead point of contact to clients during the go-live phase
- Daily activities include gathering customer queries & resolving them by evaluating & analyzing.
- Escalate priority issues as per client specifications to relevant teams
- Focus on successful planning, product implementation, maintenance and follow up

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Holder of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, Computer Science
- Knowledge in Cloud POS / ERP systems is mandatory
- Should have excellent communication skills (English is Must - Arabic )
- Prior experience in handling customers of F&B industry
- Proper phone etiquette & effective listening skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability & desire to work in a fast paced, fun & demanding environment
- Must have his own car - to be used for business requirements such as installation, site visits, training requests, etc.
- Willing to travel from time to time within or outside Suadi Arabia.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
