Account Manager

**Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and pain points.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Account Growth**:
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services or products that align with the client’s needs.
- Work with the sales team to pitch new services and products to existing clients.
- Monitor account performance and suggest improvements or changes to maximize the client’s satisfaction and return on investment.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, or service delivery) to ensure successful execution and delivery of client projects.
- Track the progress of client deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- **Contract Management**:
- Assist clients with contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations, ensuring mutual satisfaction and a continued partnership.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status, performance metrics, and results.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track client activity, identify trends, and improve the customer experience.
- **Client Onboarding and Training**:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully informed about the services and products offered.
- Provide training sessions or resources to clients to ensure they are utilizing the services effectively.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Proactively identify potential issues and take steps to resolve them before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective resolution of complex client problems.
