**Responsibilities**:
Be the key point of contact for the employees in the organization
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations across the organization including employee contracts, visa processing, overseeing payroll, expenses, etc.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the on-boarding of employees
- Liaise with the HR team in Bahrain and provide assistance with the recruitment process.
- Responsible for coordinating with head Office
- Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
- Monitoring the annual leave and sick leave of employees.
- knowledge in KSA Labour Laws.
- Experience in muqeem and qiwa portal.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of the organization
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
