We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Account Sales Manager with Control Valve experience to lead and develop Business opportunities for Emerson Flow Control Division in KSA. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and increasing revenue for Aramco & JVs. The Job location is in Dhahran - KSA with extensive travel to customers site within KSA.

**Job Description
The Account Manager is focused on leading the development and execution of strategies resulting in profitable growth through increased penetration Aramco sites & JVs. The Account Manager is the guardian of the customer relationship, orchestrating the development of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive product, service and solutions to the customer base. The Account Manager leads the B2B Alignment of the Customer Management Team and the Flow Controls Team and position Flow Controls as Trusted Advisor.

**Job Responsibilities
- Meet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets for the assigned accounts
- Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies for assigned accounts and LBPs in the country..
- Develop and implement plans to drive and grow KOB3 business and maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
- Analyze and develop plans to drive competitive displacement, Severe Service, and FIELDVUE solutions
- Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and marketing plans
- Work closely with other Final Control and Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units and maximize pull-through content
- Take a pro-active role in working with the Global Project Pursuit Team and local sales team to identify, qualify and pursue valve projects to achieve order conversion and maximize the potential for Flow Controls Business Unit and all Emerson Automation Solutions products and services
- Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Flow Controls and Emerson Automation Solutions.
- Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key executive decision-makers to successfully position Flow Controls as No Equal or the preferred supplier of Technology, Products, Services and Solutions
- Keep up to date with developments in products, industries and market trends.
- Drive KOB2/3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as “trusted advisor” to customers by offering solutions to customer problems
- Develop, Update and manage the execution of a multi-faceted comprehensive account and site plans covering all Flow Controls business units
- Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, and pricing surveys.
- Establish and update long term agreements for services, STOs and parts.
- Drive IBU product acceptance and adoption across account base
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required
- Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions

**Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering Discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of industry sales experience with minimum of 5 years in account management
- Strong sales records of achieving targets
- Control valve sales experience with minimum 5 years of working experience in middle east with Hydrocarbon, Power, Chemical End Users, etc
- KSA experience is an added advantage
- Strong Technical, team leadership and people management skills
- Fluency in english language is must. Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage.
- Required Computer Skills : MS Office.

**Preferred Qualifications
- Industry knowledge - Oil & Gas production, processing & treating. Petrochemicals.
- Should have strategic mind set to drive business growth
- Working experience with Aramco or Sabic
