- Major Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and deliver the overall performance of the therapeutic area with respect to sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Develop the therapeutic area strategy, implement and drive the growth by focusing on:
- Accelerate patient access with patient-centric solutions
- Build sustainable and enduring partnership with customers by impactful HCP engagement
- Strengthen strategic partnerships to maximize business impact
- Drive the growth of the therapeutic area by establishing growth plans for existing products, effectively manage their life cycle, successfully launch line extensions and new products.
- Define, drive and oversee new launches by ensuring seamless cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access etc.) to effectively drive on prioritized tactics.
- Responsible for the budget and financial performance of the therapeutic area, ensure alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage key processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, build key capabilities and talent pipeline.

**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum Requirements- More than 3 years of experience in managerial working with high-performing commercial teams in healthcare industry to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in oncology/hematology treatment areas.
- Institution sector experience in KSA is mandatory.
- Proven experience on successfully leading new product launch and product commercialization processes.
- Proven partnership-development capability with KOLs, customers, and commercial partners.
- Strong leadership experience, and proven ability to motivate associates with high engagement
- Strong results orientation, and willingness to have involvement in day-to-day operations
- Proven ability to capitalize on opportunities and manage change in an environment of ambiguity & uncertainty.
- Role model to demonstrate the culture drive performance
- Execute strategy, identify mid/long term opportunities and threats
- Passionate for talent development
- Strong stakeholder manager and x-divisional collaboration
- Focus on execution excellence of growth agenda
