**The Team**

ENTERTAINER Sales team’s mission is to make ENTERTAINER the best choice for every resident in Saudi Arabia, when it comes to trying Restaurants, Theme parks, coffee shops, Spas, attractions etc. Even outside KSA if they are planning vacation our range of hotels should be the first list to choose from. This team of extremely passionate, highly motivated, fun loving and go getter individuals challenge the limits every day. Not only this team breeds a winning culture but also helps each other to gel as one to meet every day challenges.

**As Merchant Partnerships Team Leader you will **
- Look after a team of 3 salespeople (Merchant partnership managers ) who will hunt for new business targeting the F&B (dine-in and delivery), Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty & Fitness, Fashion & Retail, Services, and E-commerce industries to fufill our Clients requirements and in line with our B2B offer strategy.
- Act as a hunter too - lead by example - manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing across KSA
- Empower your team to deliver results and assist them to achieve their quarterly and yearly targets
- Mentor, coach and guide your team
- Develop strategies around increasing merchant acquisition for your team
- Track data and insights around trends, both internally and externally and use these insights to identify opportunities to further grow the business as well as protect the business from any potential risks
- Deliver reports using this data and use this to analyze, measure and evaluate your team’s performance
- Build and maintain relationships with merchant partners and support them throughout the year with tactical promotions
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including daily activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to KPIs by your team

**Experience required**
- Minimum 3 years of business development, account management and team management experience. FMCG/Food & Beverage/ Hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong negotiator with an outgoing and motivated outlook
- Strong communication skills
- A ‘can-do’ attitude to take on new challenges in a fast-paced work environment
- You should be familiar with the territory’s business environment and trends
- You should have a car and know your territory in and out
- Salesforce and other CRM experience beneficial
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Work, Power Point
