Head, Experience Office

Plans, coordinates, and provides administrative support of the overallactivities and functions of the Experience Office Department to achieve itsmission, goals, and objectives.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develops, implements, monitors, and updates the Department’s mission,goals, objectives, policies and other related documents.- Ensures development of Experience Office Department long and short-termplans in line with the Hospital’s strategic objectives, and all services followthe applicable Hospital policies and procedures.- Plans and develops new concepts and programs in Experience Office departmentthrough evaluation of current practices, with international best practices, asrequired.- Ensures timely preparation of the annual operating budget for allassigned services/functions. Monitors and keeps expenditures with budget, asassigned.- Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance andperiodically submit clear and concise administrative and functional reports forall assigned services/functions in the Department.- Prepares and recommends the Departmental plans and Organizationalchanges related to Experience Office Department.- Oversees, monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness ofservice delivery process, workload, administrative and support systems, andinternal reporting relationships. Identifies opportunities for improvement andprovides a recommendation to the Chief Operating Officer, as required.- Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining andevaluating assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains a positive workingenvironment and monitors the implementation of policies, correct deficienciesand implements discipline procedures, as required.- Ensures adequacy, confidentiality, and secure patient information.- Participates in self and others education, training and development asapplicable.
**Education**:
PhD,Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, BusinessAdministration or related discipline required.
**Experience Required**:
Six (6)years of related experience including four (4) years in managerial capacity with PhD, nine (9)years with Master’s or eleven (11) years of similar requirements withBachelor’s Degree is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National only.
