As a Delivery Manager within the **DIGITAL **team at Infinite pl, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of digital projects and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from project initiation to final implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Tasks**:

- Project Management: Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Team Coordination: Acting as a liaison between different teams, including development, design, testing, and product management, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and synergy.
- Resource Allocation: Managing and optimizing resource allocation to ensure that the right skills and expertise are assigned to each project. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify resource needs, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and third-party vendors. You will actively engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide regular project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing project management processes and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve delivery efficiency, and drive innovation within the Digital team.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering digital projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
