Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Digital Delivery Manager **to join our team

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The key responsibilities for the Digital Design Manager role are the establishment and implementation of Digital Design standards, processes and procedures (including BIM, CAD and GIS) and help standardize VDC/BIM workflows across Parsons Program delivery sectors and projects as well as organizing and communicating BIM technical information from the Parsons MEA Digital Engineering Office and Qiddiya to support the Project teams. The Digital Delivery Manager is required to support our project delivery teams and manage and lead the day to day activities of the Parsons “Digital Delivery Team” Roadmap as regards to the work of the Landscape Architecture Department and the Urban Design Studio of the Built Environment Sector. The Digital Design Manager will be responsible for the effective implementation and compliant adoption of BIM standards and Digital Design processes and protocols both at a program and projects level.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Drive development and adoption of program-wide standards and procedures and develop collaborative project workflows and processes with other Project Delivery Partners and Digital Delivery resources.
2. Advise on the evaluation / prioritization of user development and enhancement requests and direct the improvement of integration and interoperability of digital engineering and VDC systems.
3. Utilize expertise in BIM GIS and digital twin technology to develop and implement effective digital strategies, methodologies, and systems for project delivery.
4. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, delivery partners, Lead Design Consultants (LDCs), architects, engineers and contractors, to define program-wide and project specific requirements and establish digital delivery plans.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to digital delivery, BIM, and digital twin implementation.
7. Educate, mentor, and delegate Digital Delivery staff in the project to fulfill project requirements and provide training and mentorship for career advancement to junior team members and other project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
8. Troubleshoot and guide Parsons and Contractors Project Teams to implement Qiddiya Digital Delivery Requirements and how to comply with internal and external requirements and expectations in addition to conducting regular project progress reviews, identify risks and issues related to Digital Delivery, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
9. Provide progress and performance updates on fortnightly and monthly basis e.g. Clients and Leads etc.
10. Represent and liaise with Parsons MEA Digital Engineering Office to develop, integrate policies and procedures for the “Digital Transformation” into the Qiddiya Program working methods. Implement these requirements by integrating them into the ongoing Qiddiya and Project Requirements and day-to-day work processes.
11. Issue and respond to all formal client and stakeholders requests and correspondences related to Digital Delivery activities
12. Develop and support in Request for Proposals (RFP) e.g. clarifications, technical write ups, level-of-effort estimates, technical evaluation and support the Contracts and Project Controls department in all BIM-related activities.
13. Evaluate and manage the deployment (hardware and software) and provide hands-on BIM software training for project teams including landscape architects, architects, master planners, and engineers.
14. Explore new technologies (both hardware and software) to expand Parson's services, improve the quality of 3D technical documentation and visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new modeling programs and rendering engines, pipelines and assets, as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality.
15. Support the setup, development, configuration, establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the Qiddiya and projects use.
16. Develop and maintain specific BIM software template files to assure compliance with Qiddiya Digital Delivery standards and other established standards including external accreditation according to internationally accepted norms.
17. Manage and support object(s) creation and oversee maintenance of libraries according to the relevant project(s) and stage(s) needs.
18. Monitor and support the data collection process and validate models for Construction Operation Building Information Exchange (COBie) for the Design stage data drop(s) as required.
19. Review validation reports for milestone BIM package submissions
20. Establish and maintain overall Project Digital Delivery risk management and report within the overall project risk register
