Country Brand Manager

Role Summary:
Develop, manage, and deliver on all the operational, marketing strategies and promotional activities for Growth Hormones / RD portfolio in Saudi Market, to ensure effective pre-launch/launch with all needed resources available to all customer facing colleagues, to maximize patient impact, and accessibility that will change patient life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the pre-launch and launch plans for Growth Hormones portfolio
- Develop innovative impactful promotional programs, activities and exact events to provide proper implementation of marketing plans in accordance with promotional cycles and current targets/tasks.
- Optimally utilize available expenses to drive the same
- Work on campaigns, supporting the preparation of the project brief, agency selection process, Company supported program/Patient Support Program registration, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of monthly report.
- Collaborate with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for materials and work with Cross Functional Team (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Market Access etc) to drive GH portfolio objectives
- Train field force on product knowledge, positioning and prioritization
- Control performance of the marketing plan by monthly/quarterly monitoring of key performance indicators and monthly reporting KPIs
- Prepare for POA/Reviews and other important meetings
- Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
- Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
- Monthly field communication on performance, action items for the brand
Accountability
- Brand Plan: Review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal
- Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for market needs
- Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
Shared Accountability
- Develop Life Cycle Management Plan for GH / RD portfolio
- Long-range forecasting for GH / RD portfolio
- Develop promotional meetings strategy and drive execution
- Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)
- Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required master’s degree is a pulse
- 5-10 years of commercial experience in Pharma Industry, Marketing Experience is a pulse
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic & English.
- Therapeutic Area experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to Anticipate future trends and Understand trends in Healthcare & pharmaceuticals
- Influencing without authority and cross functional engagement ability
- An understanding of how to develop and use customer insight
