- Coordinate the execution of Regional Client Retention Marketing Plans.
- Support in the development and delivery of Acquisition Sales toolkit to drive company value proposition while addressing client needs.
- Develop communication plans focused on brand, services, education, and regulatory updates.
- Point of contact for all Sales requirements including reporting and coordination between departments
- Support SME Recovery team with required marketing assets and activations.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Conduct analysis focused on Retention, Utilization, Satisfaction and Lapses to understand trends
- Report departmental activities for regular updates on operations.
- Conduct monthly functional budget reporting.

**Budget & Investment**:

- Support in the AOP budget planning for TM unit
- Participate in the long-term investment efficiency planning.
