**Position Overview**

As CEO, you'll be the architect of our success. You'll bring an entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering both employers and trade/service workers. This is a hands-on Co-Founder role offering the chance to build a high-growth company and make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Verification Champion**: Lead the development and execution of a robust verification process, ensuring the skills of all trade and service workers on the platform are rigorously assessed and validated.
- **Strategic Visionary**: Develop and implement a compelling strategy that positions us as the leading resource for hiring verified trade and service workers in the GCC.
- **Market Leader**: Possess deep understanding of the GCC labor market, particularly the challenges employers face in finding reliable trade and service personnel with verifiable skills.
- **Client Focus**: Cultivate strong relationships with both employers and job seekers, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences through verified talent solutions.
- **Technology Advocate**: Collaborate with tech teams to continuously enhance our platform's functionality, data capabilities, and user-friendliness for both employers and workers.
- **Team Builder**: Attract, develop, and inspire a team committed to our mission, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- **Partnership Development**: Forge strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, training institutes, and other ecosystem players to ensure a steady pipeline of verified trade and service workers.

- **GCC Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the GCC labor market, particularly the demand for trade and service workers.
