Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be trusted to dive right in, use initiative, and support to build a successful profitable business in KSA.
- Managing both sales pipelines and the development of business opportunities.
- Taking a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Identifying trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
- Developing strategies and positions to meet sales targets.
- Assisting in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals.
- Promoting the company, identifying opportunities and establishing successful business with the following entities: Public Investment Fund, NEOM, The Red Sea Development Company, AMAALA, Saudi Down Town Company, Qiddiya, ROSHN, Soudah Development, Rua Al Madina Holding, Royal Commission for AlUla, Royal Commission for Riyadh, Sports Boulevard, ARAMCO, Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), Saudi Arabian Royal Guard, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC)
- Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers, and meeting regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Managing proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements and inputs from various sources.
- Generating new leads, identifying and contacting decision-makers, screening potential business opportunities, selecting deals in line with strategies.
- Developing and implementing business development strategy, sales processes, structure and best practices across the company.
- Supporting deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Preparing a monthly report for business development activities for discussion with higher management.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering. MBA is a plus. 15+ years business development / sales experience in the Saudi market. Proven experience in selling ELV systems / ICT solutions / Automation Systems. Successful track record in sales and negotiation. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to plan and manage resources. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertain. Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
