**Working at NTT**

The Managed Services Senior Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of managed services solutions for our clients. This role involves managing a team of professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of managed services professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the team.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
- Proactively address client concerns or issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding services and growing existing client accounts.
- Service Delivery and Operations:

- Define and implement service delivery strategies, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of managed services.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients, presenting performance reports and discussing service enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Financial Management:

- Manage the financial aspects of the managed services business, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while ensuring service quality is maintained.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the managed services team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for service enhancements or new service offerings.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency.

**Knowledge, Skill and Atrributes**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Seven plus years of experience in managing and delivering managed services solutions in a technology or IT services environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of managed services delivery models, ITIL frameworks, and service management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.
