**Job Description Summary**: As a Sales Manager, you will be part of MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) business unit with a key responsibility to achieve growth targets for Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain markets through distribution management and successfully managing forecast updates and inventory levels.

**About the role**:
The Sales Manager, MDS will work closely with cross functions within BD and externally with distributors and customers across all territory developing partners capability. They will be responsible for increasing business by improving patients’ accessibility to BD products.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Build and constantly update accurate forecast for both IMS (in-market sales) & TMS (to-market sales), validate IMS sales, revenue, and expenses reports.
- Foresee, identify, and map potential risks, market trends and competitors initiatives to enable fast response and agility while strengthening competitive intelligence and market understanding.
- Identify customer strategy and product portfolio to develop the business by identifying new growth opportunities, set strategy and implement with internal BD team and partners teams.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs. Ensuring the right levels of Ethics, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory and Legal requirements.
- Lead and monitor the business performance of the distributors against budget and implement the sales strategies for assigned accounts/ countries.
- Identify and implement the new launches plans and market shaping to increase total market demand.
- Map the decision makers across important accounts and procurement entities to ensure the right engagement, timing, and resources allocation
- Develop distributor team members to match with BD way in communication with customers and in business development. Support them with hiring, training, and coaching.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure needed support (Supply Chain, Operations, Order fulfilment, Credit & Control, Finance, Clinical & Marketing)
- Ultimately, achieve expected growth targets by successfully managing forecast updates and inventory levels.

**About you**:

- Proven record of success with end-to-end sales process, from forecasting, planning, closing to delivery.
- Experience in managing distributors/ partners/ sales teams.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies with focus on forecast accuracy.
- Customer relationship management.
