**The Role And Responsibilities - Senior UX Strategist**

As a UX Strategist you’ll help our clients research, plan, and launch complex digital experiences and platforms. Your work will include project discovery, user research, workshop facilitation, information architecture, customer flows, content strategy, and prototypes to help take what is in people’s heads and bring it to life in the most efficient way possible.

Most of the work will be using the Agile PM framework, but you need to be more than just a UX operator, you need to be able to help everyone understand the big picture and help to drive the entire solution.

**Digital and design**
- 5+ years digital product and service design projects for large or medium projects
- Experience with all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development, release launch and testing
- Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, customer journey design, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity layouts and prototypes
- Strong proven portfolio of business focused UX/UI design products and services
- Working knowledge of design industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Invision
- Working knowledge in design standards and design systems
- A broad set of **strategic skills and experiences** across digital user experience, digital content and information architecture, digital brand and digital marketing.
- Experience leading and supporting workshops with mid-to-senior level clients leveraging Design Thinking frameworks
- Experience in successfully collaborating within large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver Agile projects
- Experience in visualizing ideas and storytelling through compelling presentations and design prototypes
- ** Fluent in Arabic & English** (spoken and written)

**Soft skills**:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Strong client orientation, ability to understand client business needs, innovate and translate them into design requirements
- Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use - Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems
