**Job Summary**:
Are you passionate about the intersection of cutting-edge robotics and delivering exceptional client experiences? Our client is seeking a talented Field Robotics Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of their field operations, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of our state-of-the-art robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration within client facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deployment of Robots: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end deployment processes, encompassing on-site installation, calibration, and testing of robotic systems, ensuring a smooth integration into client environments.
- Client Staff Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip client staff with the skills for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic systems, while also providing ongoing support and knowledge transfer to help clients optimize the benefits of our robotic solutions.
- Configuration of Robot Systems: Customize robotic systems to meet client-specific requirements and optimize performance, collaborating closely with the engineering team to implement software and hardware configurations tailored to client needs.
- Network Setup and Optimization: Configure and optimize network settings to ensure robust communication and connectivity for the deployed robotic fleet, while also troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to maintain system reliability.
- Client Interaction: Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the deployment phase, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction, while also gathering client requirements and feedback to drive continuous improvement through effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science).
- Experience in heavy asset industries such as oil & gas or power & utilities is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of the industrial robotics market and available technologies.
- Experience working with robots, drones, or other devices used for inspection is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
