**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop seasonal menus that are innovative, fresh and appealing to a diverse range of guests
- Manage and mentor the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with local food vendors and farmers to ensure the freshest ingredients are used in all dishes
- Maintain inventory levels and minimize waste

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant
- Proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality dishes
- Experience managing a large kitchen team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

**Salary**:8000 SAR - 15000 SAR / Month
