HR/admin Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Admin Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR and administrative functions, supporting our employees, and contributing to a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**: Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Performance Management**: Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- **Training & Development**: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Office Administration**: Oversee general office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
- **HR Reporting**: Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
- **Policy Implementation**: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management industry in Saudi Arabia
- **Language**:English and Arabic Language is a must.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
